Accessing the site, placing an order, or contacting us signifies acceptance of these terms together with the Shipping, Refund, Payment, and Privacy policies. Activity must be lawful; attacks, interference, abusive automation, and misuse are prohibited.

Listings and purchase requests

We seek accurate listings, while reasonable differences can occur in packaging, color, or display. Each order is a purchase offer. The merchant can reject, restrict, or cancel because of stock, payment, address, fraud review, an error, or policy requirements.

Commercial terms and limits

Checkout governs prices, applicable tax, payment authorization, delivery selection, and relevant carrier risk. The Refund Policy controls refunds. Protected writing, images, design, and other materials must not be misappropriated. Liability for indirect or unforeseeable loss is limited where law permits. Revised terms take effect after the current version is published.
